Thing #3

I am not certain how I would use a blog for my class. Since my county does not allow us to blog or maintain one, and since we can not communicate any student information via electronic means at my school, I am very limited in how I would or could use a blog. I have no means through which to even access a blog site in the county that I work in, as all blog sites and Web 2.0 tools are blocked in our county. Because of this, I am having a very difficult time seeing how I can use this tool in my particular situation.
